New Philanthropy Capital (NPC) is a consultancy and think tank which helps funders and charities to be more effective. We provide independent research, tools and advice for charities and funders in the UK and internationally.
NPC aims to do three things:
- build world-class research and tools so we can understand and increase the impact charities and their funders can achieve, and to share this as widely as possible;
- provide first-rate advice and consulting services to help charities and funders get maximum impact; and
- inspire and lead the debate about what makes effective charities and how we can measure this
NPC has the UK’s largest research team focused on the charity sector and the only consultancy of its kind. We have published more than fifty reports on social issues and improving charities, grant-making and philanthropy advice. We’ve analysed hundreds of charities and developed our groundbreaking charity analysis framework. And we have a dedicated team of quantitative analysts who help charities measure and communicate their own results and make the most of the data they collect.
NPC is based in Park Street, Southwark. Our 30-strong team of researchers, consultants and other experts spans a range of backgrounds — from charities to consultancy, banking to academia.
